We stand behind the products we produce and sell. Ever person working on our cigar rests are trusted, tenured craftsman that we know personally. If you have purchased our product and are unhappy with the quality or have found a defect in the production process, please inform us within 60 days of receiving the product.
A new cigar rest or refund will be issued if notification is made within the listed time frame.
The No 82 Cigar Rest Company is not responsible for any scratches, damage, or changes of the product after normal use. Improper cleaning and/or usage of the cigar rest will not be covered under our return policy.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Be aware that customized orders are individualized in processing. We want your order to match your specifications. Custom products will be made to written specification once transaction is finalized. It is imperative to review all details, including spelling, dates, names, and graphics, before submitting your order.
We guarantee the craftsmanship and quality of our customized products in the same manner as our other products.
The personalized nature of the customized products means we are unable to accept returns of single or small batch custom orders. Any mistakes made on our end will be rectified.
